ulu lengong hot spring

jalan-jalan..!.jalan-jalan..!.jalan-jalan.!..well bulan nie banyak benar tempat nak keluar jenjalan. biarlah aku memang suka jalan-jalan..hehe. untuk weekend nie aku lepak ULU LENGONG HOT SPRING.

muka excited nak masuk x leh blah.haha

ice cream  entah perisa ape. macam cendol je rasa. yang penting sedap bila makan sambil mandi air panas.heaven!!!!!

kolam kanak-kanak. lari kat sini sebab tak tahan panas. rendam kaki tapi muka dah berpeluh-peluh.

oke kolam yang dipagar besi tu aku rasa paling panas kot sebab tak boleh mandi tapi utk letak kaki or tangan boleh la.aku try letak kejab tapi tak sanggup deh!

kolam dewasa. agak dalam juga. ramai duduk tepi-tepi je sebab kalau tak tahan panas. aku pun sekaki jugak.  oh ya kat tempat yang ade dinding tu kolam khas untuk wanita sahaja. kalau ada yang malu nak mandi public bole ke tempat tu. tapi time kiteorang masuk tengok takde orang pun.

sapa yang nak berkhemah kat situ pun boleh aku rasa sebab tngok ramai je pasang khemah. ye la pukul 1 2 pagi baru ramai orang. so sape yang tak pernah pergi why not try it! lembut je kaki rasa bila rendam dalam air panas lama-lama. yang penting best.

They help protect us, they fortify us, and they benefit
us. Stone Age is long gone, but this simple example shows why
we have this mechanism. Thousands of liver active enzymes
are found in the algae which is good for food absorption.

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the red quinoa.
Its leaves are withered and steamed, not fermented like black and oolong teas
-- green tea's unique catechins, especially EGCG, which
may be able to obliterate cancer cells without disturbing neighboring tissues.
Green superfoods, for example, are often some of the best when it comes to your health.
