puding roti kukus bersos kastad

Tengah cuti-cuti ni aku dengan rajin nye tetiba nak buat pudding roti. Rasa macam lebih sedap makan pudding roti daripada makan roti dengan jem je. Boleh bosan jugak. So dengan rajinye aku pegi la beli bahan-bahan. 
 
Bahan-bahan :

 

Bahan A :
Roti gardenia 8 keping potong kecik-kecik
Susu rendah lemak 2 kotak








Bahan B :
Gula pasir 4 sudu
Telur ayam 2 biji
2 sudu tepung jagung (nak lembut sikit letak sikit je)
Asen vanilla 1 sudu kecil
Kismis (sesuka hati. Lagi banyak lagi best)
Mentega 2 sudu

Bahan C :
Susu cair 1 tin
Gula pasir 2 sudu
Tepung kastad 2 sudu.

First sekali rendam roti dengan susu segar selama 30 minit. Then campur semua bahan B dan kacau sehingga sebati. Bila tektur bahan B dah cantik masukkan je roti yg direndam tadi tu. Gaul dua tiga kali pastu masukan dalam bekas untuk dikukus. (nak bakar pun boleh. Ikut suka hati)


Bila dah siap kukus, masak bahan C sehingga likat. Then tuangkan ke atas pudding roti yg siap dikukus tadi dan simpan dalam peti sejuk. Lagi sejuk lagi sedap :D. Nak cantik sikit tabur kismis hitam tadi atas sos kastad tu. senang je resepi ni untuk orang bujang yang tak pandai masak mcm saya.hihi.
 

masalahnye tabur pun nampak tak cantik jugak. nasib baik sedap..hahaha *terperasan*
