spaghetti bolognese

Assalamualaikum J

Keinginan nak makan spaghetti tetiba membuak-buak sejak kebelakangan ni. Nak pergi beli tataw kedai mana area perlis ni masak spaghetti so terpaksa la buat sendiri. Alah lagipun bukan susah pun. Uncle G kan ada. Dunia di hujung jari. Tinggal rajin dan tak rajin dan sedap tak sedap je

Untuk 4-5 orang makan
                                                               Bahan-bahan :

-Spaghetti
-Sos prego
-Daging cincang
-Cendawan shitake
-Tomato puree
-Sos cili
-Bawang merah
-Bawang putih
-Minyak/mentega
-Air










Cara-cara :

Masak spaghetti 

1. Panaskan air dalam periuk besar.
2. Bila dah panas masukkan sedikit garam dan minyak/mentega. Aku pakai mentega sebab ada mentega        lebih time buat pudding roti kukus hari tu. Hehe
3. Masukkan spaghetti dalam periuk tadi. Rebus la sampai masak. Agak-agak je masak. Tataw aku nak explain macam mana.
4. Bila dah masak angkat dan toskan pastu gaulkan dengan sedikit minyak. Aku..? minyak apa yang ada kat dapur tu yang tu la aku bantai. Jimat kos..! tapi selalu orang pakai minyak jagung. (tanak kasi spaghetti tu    melekat)

Masak sos :

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak. Dua sudu besar mungkin. Aku main tuang je agak-agak ok bajet pro.
2. Cincang bawang putih (2-3 biji), bawang merah potong dadu (1biji) then tumiskan dalam minyak tadi sampai warna kekuningan jgn kasi hangit pulak.


3. Masukkan ayam/daging cincang/sausage tadi dalam kuali dan masak sampai daging tu tukar warna.
4. Lepas agak dah masak sikit masukkan sos prego (1 bekas kecil) , sos cili (2 sudu), tomato puree (2 sudu), air (1 cawan), dan cendawan shitake (aku guna semua sbb klo simpan mmg berzaman baru nak masak pulak).
aku beli dlm tin punya sebab kalau beli yang segar keras sikit.lama nak kena rendam.
5. Kacau sehingga likat then masukkan garam sikit. Kacau kemudian hidang. 

Hiasan :
Nak cantik sikit aku letakkan daun ketumbar dengan popcorn ayam. Aku goreng sendiri je. Ape susah potong ayam kecil-kecil bentuk dadu then goreng. Letak minyak sikit je. Goreng sampai masak.
