Sambal daging pedas

satu lagi resepi bujang aku yg nak aku kongsikan sebab kalau lupa nanti boleh baca balik blog sendiri. hehe. macam biasa resepi bujang aku confirm simple mimple kalau mak-mak mertua tengok sebelah mata tak pandang, haha


bahan-bahan:

Daging 0.5kg potong dadu
cili dah dikisar
bawang merah 2 biji
belacan
air
kicap manis
petai

cara-cara.
1. daging yang dipotong digaul dengan garam
2.bawang ditumbuk dengan belacan sehingga hancur
3.panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang yang ditumbuk tadi sehingga naik bau
4.kemudiam masukan cili kisar dalam 4-5 sudu besar (ikut ketahanan pedas masing-masing)
5.tambah sedikit air dan kacau sehingga hampir masak
6.kemudian masukan daging dan sedikit kicap manis dan biarkan sehingga daging masak.
7.masukan petai kacau dalam 5 minit kemudian boleh la dihidang :)

simple dan mudah. selamat mencuba. hehe
